We attend Court on a weekly basis and are on the criminal legal aid panel. We represent clients through the free legal aid scheme as well as private clients. If legal aid is granted by the Court, our fees will be discharged in full by the Legal Aid Board.

 

In order to make an application for Legal Aid, it is necessary to submit a Statement of Means to the Court.

 

If you have been arrested for questioning, we can attend at the Garda Station to provide advice to you. We have also appeared in the Court of Criminal Appeal on behalf of clients and brought successful Judicial Reviews in the High Court.
